This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or trackers, and it doesn't ask you for personal information. When you buy the kit, Lemon Squeezy handles your payment details. If you email us, we only use your email to reply.
Who is responsible
The Non-Coder runs thenoncoder.com. You can reach us at support@thenoncoder.com.
When you visit this website
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details. We don't use this data to identify you. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
The fonts are stored on this website, so your browser doesn't contact any font service.
If you use the light and dark switch, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device, and you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser data.
When you buy the kit
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. The checkout is loaded from Lemon Squeezy, which collects your name, email address, billing details and payment information to process your payment, deliver your download, send your receipt and handle taxes. See Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy.
Lemon Squeezy shares your name, email address and order details with us, so we can support you. We never see your full card details.
Emails from us
As a buyer, we may email you about updates to the kit and related products. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe.
If you email our support address, we use your email address and message only to answer you and keep a record of the conversation.
How long we keep your data
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and support emails for as long as we need them to help you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, for example in the EU or the UK, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how it's used, and to get a copy of it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email support@thenoncoder.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
