Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy the Website Launch Kit for Non-Coders (“the kit”) from The Non-Coder at thenoncoder.com. By buying the kit, you agree to them.
Who you're buying from
The kit is made by The Non-Coder. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: it processes your payment, issues your receipt, and handles sales tax and VAT. Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
What you get
One zip download containing four guides, step-by-step prompts and a ready-made project folder (version 1.0). You can download it right after your payment goes through, using the link Lemon Squeezy gives you.
What you'll also need
The kit works together with other services. They aren't included in the price, and each has its own terms and prices, which can change at any time:
- a paid Claude plan that includes Claude Code (Pro or higher)
- a Mac with macOS 13 or newer, or a Windows PC with Windows 10 version 1809 or newer
- free accounts with Cloudflare and Web3Forms, and your own domain if you want one
How you may use the kit
You may:
- use the kit to build as many websites as you like, for yourself or for clients
- change the prompts, the instructions file and the templates for your own projects
You may not:
- resell, share, give away or publish the kit or its files, in whole or in part
- present the kit or its contents as your own product
Refunds
The kit is an instant digital download, so all sales are final and we don't offer refunds once the download is available to you. As set out in Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms, the right of withdrawal for digital content ends once the download has begun.
If you can't download the kit, or it doesn't work as described, email support@thenoncoder.com. We'll fix the problem, and if we can't, we'll refund you. Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds at its own discretion.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
No guaranteed results
The kit gives you instructions and prompts. Your results depend on Claude, on other services, and on how you follow the steps. We can't guarantee a particular result, such as a specific design, search ranking or number of customers, or that other services will keep working the same way.
Liability
The kit is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, The Non-Coder isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law. Nothing in the kit is legal, tax or business advice.
Trademarks
The kit is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, Cloudflare, Web3Forms or Lemon Squeezy. “Claude” and “Claude Code” are trademarks of Anthropic.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where The Non-Coder is based, unless the laws of your country give you more protection.
